SPEAKER agrees to participate in two (2) conference calls with the PROMOTER’s staff to organize and coordinate the marketing and presentation efforts for the event.

2. Provided by PROMOTER at the event for the ballroom:

Meeting room with wireless handheld microphone.

Data projector for Tom’s laptop and appropriate size screen(s) to accommodate the room size

Provisions to play sound off SPEAKER’s laptop

Six foot skirted table on stage with SPEAKER.

SPEAKER MUST play his presentation off SPEAKER’s own laptop and have control of laptop from stage area.

Note: Any other equipment will be furnished and funded by the SPEAKER.
